Dalton's smile is the funniest thing ever! I was scrolling through the topic and saw it in the first one, then saw it again, then the 3rd time i giggled, then the 4th and 5th and 6th times i just started cracking up, it's the cutest smile ever lol

Yep, D is growing like crazy. . .can't believe he'll be 4 in August! I hope you and Megan are doing great! We are so excited for our next trip, we can't stand it!

Weekend Update:

Ahhhh. . .shameless countdown. . .one month from today is my last working day before summer vacation! AND tomorrow, my ticker should be counting in days! This begins testing week for my county, so I have to cling to every happy motivator I can!

This past weekend, we had lots of family time! Brian and I took off ½ day on Friday, and the three of us headed to the cabin! We just relaxed, enjoyed the hot tub (or “big outside bathtub”, as D calls it)

And played around on Friday

On Saturday, we headed back to Dollywood. D got more Tomorrowland Speedway practice in

And then it was off to the races on our carousel “horsies”

After goofing around some more at the cabin

We came home and relaxed. On Sunday, we got together with my family to celebrate my brother’s belated birthday. Baked ham, baked beans, corn on the cob, hash brown casserole, salad, and Italian Cream Cake! Yummalicious! (Note to self: Must make SEVERAL treadmill appointments this week!)

On the way home, Brian and I were talking about the remaining weekends between now and the trip and how we have something (a birthday, Mother’s Day, etc) to do each weekend.

I have a feeling that the next few weeks are going to be busy ones!

we are doing great! 9 weeks left of school...so ready for summer!
Megan's choir class is putting on Willy Wonka musical so I'm helping out with props, etc. we are planning to go to Atlanta, Charleston and Charlotte in August to visit friends, yes Shawna and a couple others and to take Megan back to her birthplace Charleston, then more DIS friends in Charlotte...yes I know the south in august ...its going to be hot and sticky, but we are looking forward to it!!!

Starting yesterday we have something every Sunday until we leave, but it does help the time to go faster. Plus I have three day weekends so I have Mondays and Tuesdays to get things done and together. . .well unless I'm distracted by my nieces (my mom babysits them for my sister).
So fun to see those tickers reading just weeks and days!!! Just three full weekends remain and 15 work days

Day 7 Plans!

Today, we are off to Brian’s favorite park. . .DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS!!

It is EMH in the morning there, so we want to be there as soon as it opens.

You know the drill for Hollywood Studios—we’ll make a mad dash to Toy Story Mania for a FastPass! Then, I think we’ll either head over to Tower of Terror or Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and try to rider swap there! Depending on our FastPass time, we’ll go back and do Toy Story then!

I also want D to get to do the Woody and Buzz meet-and-greet! We missed it last time because the line was too long!

We also want to go see Mike and Sulley, Phineas and Ferb, and Lightning and Mater! Very excited about those!

I think Brian wants to go check out the new Star Tours as well.

We will also FOR SURE be doing the Disney Junior Live on Stage! D loves every minute of that!

After the show, D wants to meet Jake!


Whew. . .as I’m typing this, that sounds like a busy day! Especially since I KNOW D will probably want a nap, since it’s close to the end of the trip!

Oh well, that’s the fun of Disney! We’ll get it all in somehow!

I know we rush for TSM's FPs and then we eat breakfast at Starring Rolls... loved it.. (the little cafe just before the strip before TT)..

D is just adorable... DH and I were talking... will send you an email about our return... maybe we could do a dollywood layover...that way D can take us to his stompin' grounds of park fun!!
