Celebrating special occasion at Grand Ca- question

DH and I are thrilled to be staying at the Grand for the first time ever (and leaving our DS3, DS7, and DS9 with the grandparents)! We will be celebrating our anniversary as well as the one year anniversary of my completing chemo and radiation for breast cancer We'd like to alert the staff that we are celebrating (in case they may do something special- you never know ). We made our reservations online so I'm not sure who I should contact. The general 800 number reservation line? Send an email? Any tips are appreciated

If you'd like something for the room ahead of time and guaranteed, look at their gift packages. If you are just looking for an upgrade or some minor swag, letting them know the occasion at check-in is the best option.

You can call the 800 number and have them put the info in the reservation. Congratulations on both of your events, and go Gauchos! (I'm a Gaucho too!)
