Celebrating son's 21st

We will be celebrating our son's 21'st birthday there in a few months. Does anyone have anything special to do to celebrate this event?

Maybe get a drink in each country at EPCOT.
Sorry to involve everything around drinking, but isn't that the only important thing about turning 21!!!
