I just saw your ticker on my TR where you posted & tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!!!! I'm excited for you!
So I usually try to stay off the boards when I have a day off or else I get NOTHING else done

but I'm making an exception for you!!!!!
First about the Tonga Toast, you can get it at the POLY's counter service place, Captain Hook's & avoid having to do a ressie at KONA cafe. That way if you wanted to book a lunch or dinner ressie elsewherer that day you have that option. I can't say from personal experience but I have read the Tonga Toast is the same at either place, only difference is the price. I'll be posting about the Tonga Toast hopefully later tonight, whether you'll be too buzy to read is another thing! I say this in the event you can't get a ressie at KONA's if that's what you have your heart set on, it's good to have a backup plan.
The other thing is I can't remember offhand if you've posted about EPCOT any other day, but if you're sleeping in the EPCOT day you just posted about & are thinking about doing MK instead, if you want to see the coveted "SOARIN" over California attraction without a long wait, you'll need to FP it before noon at the very latest, preferable 11am. Our arrival day (this was Aug tho) we didn't get to EPCOT until much later in the day and by then ALL Soarin' FP's were gone. IF you want to go to MK that morning, you could always take the trouble to first take a bus to EPCOT, go in simply to score you FP's for Soarin. Then you can ride the monorail from EPCOT to the MK. We always thought that was a neat thing to do, take that extra long monorail ride. It leaves EPCOT for the Ticket & Transporation Center (where the MK parking it). You can then board the direct monorail over to the MK or opt to ride the steamboat ferry over. Me, I like to use the various means of Disney transporation to see what I can see. I'm weird that way though, always wanting to try the scenic route!
ENJOY Fantasmic - I LOVE this show. Make sure you arrive REALLY early if you want to get a seat. we ususally have a F! dining package & use the voucher to enter the show, but if you're going stand by then you'll want to arrive as early as 2 hours in advance for a really good seat, if you wait until an hour ahead you may still get a seat but it's not going to be one of the bests - again, this depends upon how buzy the park is on the day you're there but they've been limiting Fantamic shows so demand to see it is high.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY & have a GREAT TRIP!!!!!
PM when you get your trip report started, I want to read along your romantic adventures!
