Celebrating my disney birthday in an inexpensive way

I was wondering all the free stuff you can do that disney offers for birthdays. I will be staying at a value resort and not sure if they do the balloons and card in the room etc. I do know about the bday pins in the parks but is there any other really inexpensive way to celebrate? We'll be on the DDP.

Each park has a button type pin that they will give you at Guest Services as you enter the park.

Tell the restaurant where you do your TS. Most places decorate the table with Mickey confetti, streamers, etc. Some do a card signed by the characters (LTT for sure). Many sing HB. Some have a birthday cupcake.

We got a card and balloons sent to the room from DVC because we are DVC members.

There are other things that can be made to happen, but I don't believe they are free.
