Celebrating my 30th birthday, and parents first trip! Help with dinner!

Ok, so we will be there for three nights the 7th - May -10th.

The night of my b day, we will go to Citricos.

Now, I was also going to try to get Le Cellier for one of the nights.....
Nor FH or myself have ever been though.

Our other option would be Artist Point, or Narcoosee.
I'm thiking Narcoosee for the option to watch the fireworks from the restuarant.

both restaurants--artist point and narcoossee's--would be an excellent choice. just keep in mind at narcoossee's you may have an obstructed view of the fireworks; we did.

Since you're already going to Citricos, I'd go to Artist Point. That way you get to see a different resort and enjoy a different atmosphere.
