I don't think that this is the beginning of the end to these kind of sites. Actually, it's a proactive way to deal with the fraud that we are seeing. I haven't seen as much of it as Kira and some of the other shiftcode sites, but what I have seen is SHOCKING. People sign up for offers fraudulently and then the rewards site paypals them $1000. Two weeks later, the advertiser comes back and take the $1300 they credited you for that person. So not only did you not make any money off of that member but you LOST $1000. At least with requiring a physical address, it can lessen the chance that someone is using completely fraudulent information on your site. It's a smart move that some sites have already gone to and most will likely eventually go to.
