CD - FRUSTRATED Simon Gift Account PROBLEM

So I just went in to activate my Simon Gift Account and it wouldn't let me activate it...said that I needed to call the CS Center...so I did. Apparently they have a temporary hold on the funds because they need a copy of Kira's Utility Bill...

Anyone else have this issue!?!???

Will I e-mailed Kira, apparently there are frequently issues with them because of the amount that she orders, they think that her card was stolen or something. So she will be taking care of it.

Not a huge deal since I have $$ on other cards, but kind of a shock when it is my first cashout with CD.

BTW...Kira is great!! She responded to my e-mail within 15 minutes.
