CC info needed just to look at what dining is available

we leave on fri and Im looking at dining--
do we have to put in CC info if we just want to see whats available

I like to look at different days and times but do I have to put in my CC info each time
it seems every year when we go down something changes and it seems to be more confusing
and takes more time

You shouldn't have to. You can browse without completing the reservation.
