CC Guarantee question

I have my Dec ADRs all made for party of 2 ,however ,I will now be going solo so do I need to call to change all of them? Since it is just for a party of 1 now I will still be seated at a table for 2 so will it really matter? I just don't want to get charged on my CC for the other party not being there.

People around here say that you will not be charged, as long as part of your party shows up for the reservation. That being said, I would call and have them MODIFY the reservations because there could be someone looking for that one additional seat for their party and you cancelling that one seat may open it up for them.

You'll still be seated at the same 2 top so there is no need to call. As long as you show up you will not be charged for the missing person. The only reservations I would call to modify are any that are pre-paid (CRT, dinner shows, dessert party).

Thanks, that is what I thought and there has been a time or two in the past I've had one less in my party and it wasn't an issue but I just wanted to double check.

I would still call and mod all the ADR's for one instead of two. just like lizard1 said, it will make that one seat available.. The ADR availability is based on headcount not how many are filled up on the tables, it is possible your table for two can be reduced to a single seat and that seat be moved to a table for 4 and make it a table for 5.
