CC Deposit with Title Company

Has anyone had any issues with using their credit card for their deposit with http://www.dvcclosings.com? I've tried several times but I keep getting a message it couldn't go through and to contact your card issuer which I did and they reset the card and remained on the phone with me when attempting and rejected again. I tried to reach out to the title company but didn't get an answer yet. Only other options were PayPal and Venmo but I've never used PayPal before and not comfortable with the amount for Venmo. Just curious if anyone else has had issues in the past and how they got it resolved. Thanks!

I have twice already, was on the phone with them while trying to submit and WF claims they aren't even seeing any of the transactions coming through even though I must have tried 10 times already.
