CBR to OKW help!

I’m wanting to switch my two rooms at WDW CBR to a 2 bed villa at OKW when the availability comes up and the cast member on the phone told me the bookings would simply merge with each of the deposits being deducted from the single final invoice but I was wondering if anyone had any experience of switching to a DVC resort this way please?

Two. When I called to book the cast member said that was the only way to do it. She said it wouldn’t be a problem to merge them on to one booking later on but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of it
