CBR Standard Rooms

We've stayed at CBR several times and have always paid extra for a preferred room. This year we're trying to save some money and are just booking a standard. I know there are rooms just across the bridge from Old Port Royale....which buildings are the nicest or most convenient? Any thoughts?

The closest building's to Old Port Royale would be either Trinidad North or Martinique. I have never stayed at either of these building so not sure what section is the closest, as for the rooms they are all the same finding nemo theme.

Jamaica 45 and Aruba 51 are both just across the bridge to OPR. We have stayed in Jamaica 45 and it was a 5 minute leisurely walk from our room to OPR.

We've stayed in Jamaica 44 and 45 on several occasions. We like the ground floor rooms. A very pleasant and easy stroll across the bridge twice a day to Old Port Royale for breakfast or a snack at night was no hardship at all.

We, also, stay at Jamaica 44 or 45. This is very close to the quiet pool in Jamaica and very close to the bus. We always request Jamaica.

We stayed in Jamaica 45, 1st floor, corner room. Loved it. It was even closer to OPR then some of the preferred rooms.

We liked the corner room because it had two window, one on each outside wall. So the room had plenty of natural light.


Also, Jamaica was often the first bus stop going to the parks and the first bus stop to be dropped off when leaving the parks. The busses used that back entrance while we stayed at CBR.
