CBR Questions

I will be going to CBR Oct 08 and keep thinking of little things Id like to know in advance. Daughter is keen to have her hair braided, can we get this done at the Resort and how much does it cost compared to in the Parks.

Also is there a 'better' country within the resort to stay in and why?

Thanks for your help, Im sure I will have many more questions in the near future.

Just avoid Trinidad...omgsh..its so far away from the food!!!

Hair wrapping would be at the main pool. Martinique and Trinidad NORTH are the closest to the main pool. Trinidad SOUTH is probably what the above poster was referring to.
You can pay a "preferred" room rate to be guaranteed one of these sections.

I stayed in Jamaica bldg 41 in Dec '06 and felt pretty far from the main pool and food court.
Parts of Jamaica and Aruba are not too far from the main pool, but you might have to request "close to main pool" if you want one of these buildings. I did have this as a request in 2006 and upon check-in at 10 am, the CM told me I would be able to get a room in Jamaica in bldg 45 if I chose to wait until 4 pm to get into the room. They told me they had a room in bldg 41 open right there and then so I grabbed it.
