CBR or CSR for New Year's?

We will be staying off-site the week before and have booked POP for 12/30-1/1. I was thinking about switching to CBR or CSR because it would only be about $140 or $150 more for our 2-night stay. We haven't been to either one so it would be fun to check out a new resort. I know both of them have construction going on ( and I understand that's why they are cheaper). At this point, which one should be in better shape by the new year? TIA.
