Does Anyone know the phone number to reach the front desk at CBR?

All phone calls go to a centralized location unless you’re actually at the resort and pushing the appropriate button (ie valet).

And even then, pushing the "front desk" button on the phone may still be answered by an off-site call center.

They do not publish them anymore and good luck getting that info from reservations. They will give it out if you have a very specific set of circumstance that they can't help you with. But that is usually up to the cast member at central reservations. I did get the number for the Yacht Club last year because I had to personally talk to them ahead of time about my room so the numbers exist.

That’s what I chose valet as my example instead of front desk to cover my bases.
