CBR Food Court Hours of Operation

Does anyone know the current operational hours of the food court at the CBR? What time do they open up in the morning - and how late are they open in the evenings?

If I remember correctly (been two years since I have been there) they opened up for cold breakfast items around 7 am and the hot breakfasts started around 7:30 am. It seemed like the whole food court stayed open until about 9 or 10 pm. Is that right?
