CBR and POR Murphy Bed Info

Good morning!

The past 4 years we have stayed at Pop, CSR, POFQ, and then CSR again. This year we are looking to book CBR or POR for the first time. Could someone please tell me if a 13 year old boy would be able to sleep on the pull down Murphy bed that is located in CBR and POR? I can't quite tell from the photos online how big this really is... and what the weight limit is. Is it as large as a twin size bed? Any info and first hand experiences will be helpful and appreciated!!

My 11yr old skinny mini DD insisted she was sleeping on it. Quickly decided to give it to my 9yr old DS after night # 1. I found it rather uncomfortable for the kids, but the boy didn't complain.

No, definitely not the size of a twin. I think it's recommended for kids under 9, but older kids have slept in it fine. Just depends on their size.

Unfolded, the Murphy bed is about 66″ long by 31″ wide. The cushion is a quite-comfortable 5″ deep.

The murphy bed is 30" wide by 64" long, and there are some wooden bits top and bottom that may impact comfort for someone over 5 feet tall.

OK this is good to know. He's over 5ft tall!
