Catamaran racing in Key West

How physical is this? Do you need to be in really good shape? Is it worth the money? I've never heard of anyone doing this and I'm wondering if it is really worth it!

We did it last October and it was great. You do not need to be in great shape, just be able to keep your balance on a boat some what. It really is a great time!
