We're going to be visiting for one day while at Disneyland.
The week we are there is the week of Labor Day.
Our choices of days are Labor Day or any day during the week except Friday.

Is Labor Day a good or bad choice of days?

While I don't know about Labor Day we were there on July 4th a couple years ago. While it was busy it was nothing compared to any day at Disney.
