Cat Cora's New Restaurant

Does anyone have any thoughts whether Cat Cora's new restaurant on the Boardwalk will be open by September 6th and whether or not they will be on the dining plan? I'm thinking they might not be for a while after they first open!

We are trying to decide between an AP room only or a more expensive room rate with free dining. Any knowledge about Cat Cora's could be the deciding factor. If we choose free dining, every restaurant we eat at needs to be on the plan - otherwise, it's not cost effective!

Any opinions?

1. Maybe. No exact opening date has been released but the rumors are around that time.

2. Probably, as it will be Disney-owned.

None of this is official as there have been no announcements from Disney on this subject.
