cat 12 to 7004

I just received our room assignment, we had booked a cat12 gty on the 9/8 cruise and the assigned stateroom is 7004. As this is our first DCL cruise, anyone have any info on this room? (the stateroom reports thread is not working at this time)

That is a great room!!! Wonderful location too! It is a category 8. Great upgrade! The end of the hall leads to officer quarters so very little traffic. Right around the corner from the elevators. We have stayed in 7010, 7503, & will be in 7504 this December.

Excellent location. We subsequently have booked 7014, 7012, 7502 and 7508 on DCL cruises. As already posted, little traffic, quiet, convenient to deck 9 and the pools and drinks and food, and down to deck 5 for oceaneer lab/club, and then to 4 and 3 for restaurants. A great upgrade--the room in an 8 is the same as the room for the 5,6 and 7 verandah cabins, on the interior, so it is very roomy, w/ split bath compared to the cat. 12 (which still has more room than in many other lines staterooms.

I'm in this room for my Dec 17 sailing lemme know how cool the cooling box is...will have meds for DD and don't really want to take up any extra space with a fridge from medical.
