Cat 11 vs Cat 12

Anybody know a difference in these two categories? Thanks.

Cat 12 sleep 2, some sleep 3. They are on deck 2

Cat 11 sleep 3, some sleep 2 or 4. They are on deck 5, 6 &7.

According to the DCL brochure, both are 184 sq ft.

All of the Cat 12s are under the Entertainment District as well, that would make paying the extra $100 to upgrade to the Cat 11 worth it for me!
