Anyone else wish they'd go away forever?

They are the lowest-budget and least "magically-produced" of all the "Big" Disney "stage shows" and parades, but they are VERY popular.

I just see 'em ocassionally and pass 'em by the rest of the time.
No biggie.

I know people like them so I don't wish they'd go away forever, but I do wish there would be fewer showings of them.

My DD really enjoys the stage shows. Keep in mind stage shows are one of the only places that kids can hear Mickey, Minnie, princesses, etc. talk. I enjoy them and think they are cute.

Not only do we watch them every time we are at MK, we have them on tape and DD watches them quite often. Both kids enjoy them....so they are OK with me.

I can deal if they're at all un-insipid. (Yes, I made up a word, lol.) Cinderellabration will be one I won't miss at all, though.....

mattsdragon you beat me to it! I don't waste any time watching them. I am very short so I can never see well at things like that anyhow. I don't want anyone to get mad at him so I won't say his name but a CM in the liberty square area was counting down the days till Cinderellabration was over when we were there in early Sept. He was teasing my 8 yr old son about hurrying over to see the princesses and my son was making a face and he said how about me 8x a day everyday! then he said only ___ more days and pumped his fist in the air!

I like the castle shows. I think it's neat to see the Castle used as a backdrop for shows and celebrations with the characters. I don't think that I would mind too much if they built a new theater to have character shows at (especially if it had seats and ac!), but you just can't beat having the Castle as the perfect backdrop to these shows, especially if its well utilized in the show.
