Castle Inn, How is it?

My DH and I headed to Disneyland this September and are currently booked at the Castle Inn. All we really need is a place to lay our heads and a hot shower after a long day at the park. We don't plan to spend much time there hence why we didn't book something more expensive. But I have read some crazy reviews like the hotel has mouse droppings and horrible customer service. Wanted to get some opinions from some trusted "friends". Would greatly appreciate your input.
