castle completion?

I'm looking to go to HKDL at some point in the next few years. It was going to be next summer, but something else came up that took priority. I also want to make sure that the new castle is complete by the time I go. Has anyone heard any updates on when it will be completed?

Some Chinese blogs tracking HKDL expansion progress state that completion of the castle transformation was originally set for 2019 but has been pushed back to 2020.
