Castaway club towels-May 29 cruisers

We still have not received our towel. Have any of you? We got a card in our room saying it would be mailed to us after the cruise.

We haven't gotten ours either. I actually called guest services and they said they'd put in another request. I felt kind of silly making a phone call for a free towel, so if it doesn't come this time I'll probably just forget it.

You know, when you actually think about it, that towel isn't free.

You have booked and paid for 2 cruises to get that towel.

I would keep bugging them til they send it, or some other type of souvenier.

How do get the towel? After 2 cruises or after 1 cruise + booking the 2nd? Do you have to be a certain cat to qualify?

Iin your stateroom should be waiting for you a Lovely Beach Towel and 2 pins.

After you have sailed the first cruise, you automatically become a CC Member which entitles you to this gift on upcoming cruises.

Apparently DCL ran out of Towels and promised to ship them out but as of yet have not.

I hope this means that they will be changing the "Gift" for 2005!

We did get the gym bag type thing with the water bottle and two pins, but the note said a towel was being sent to the house.

what cruise were you on? we only got the pins in our room on the 5/29 and a note regarding the towel.
