Castaway Club Question

I finally convinced my wife to go on a Disney Cruise (really, any cruise in general. It's Disney that sold her on it!). Anyways, I'm a CC member, but neither she nor my son is. Will they still get lanyards since they're on my reservation, or should I plan to pick some up ahead of time? Thanks!

They will not receive lanyards. That “gift” is per person. They can reap the benefits of your Castaway Club gift.

Thanks for the quick reply! We're also DVC, and I've heard you can get lanyards at the DVC desk. Maybe I'll just try there too? Or I go to the dollar store and get some lanyards for a couple bucks!

They may be in your stateroom, too, although there wouldn't be one for your son unless he's on your membership. But you should get a CC one and a DVC one. If they're not in your room, visit the DVC desk.

Definitely stop at the DVC desk and get some for the family! We did that on our first cruise and it was a great DVC member benefit. Stop by the DVC desk (across from guest services on deck 3) daily and they'll give out little gifts.

Our first trip we ordered each person’s favorite movie/character. We all have them still it’s a nice keepsake. We also got involved with the pin exchange and kept those on them. Was a nice activity and now several exchanges happen down the hallways on the doors. Pick up some pins to exchange also and see what comes up.
