Castaway Club level question

I have received e-mail as platinum and gold when "new" itineraries are introduced, did not get one for the recent early 2017 release but i did not see any new ports.

Almost perfect, just it's 105 days before your departure date for Gold. And 75 days for first time cruisers. Those lead times are both for online checkin as well as all reservations, such as Palo, spa, cabanas, port excursions, choosing part arrival time, etc.

I agree with you Steves. I though Golds and Platinums were supposed to be notified of such, but I don't seem to get those notifications either though I have signed up for "updates" a few times.

I have never received anything. Maybe my settings are wrong on the site

I never get CC emails either. I did go to my Disney account and checked my profile and my affiliations. It does say castaway club member, passholder, and dvc member. I get all dvc and passholder emails. I am a gold member. 3 cruises away from platinum. I've never received any cruise line emails except those related to a cruise.

Glad to hear its not just me (and at same level too so even better). Thought I'd done something wrong somewhere but can't see where

This is the E-Mail we received prior to the release of the 2017 itineraries. We also received these E-Mails when we were CC Gold members as well.

Platinum is 120 days; Gold is 105 days; and Silver is 90 days. So you were close.

But you need to be paid in full before you can book excursions. No one, no matter what level, has to be paid in full by those number of days unless they want to book excursions, cabanas, massages, Palo or Remy. Everyone can wait until 75 days to pay in full if they don't want to book anything or don't want to put out the money any sooner than they have to.

No idea why you would not have received any e-mail notices like we have. I would suggest however that you call DCL & make sure they have your correct e-mail address on file. If they have the correct information, then I would politely ask the million $ question, where did your e-mail go?

They def have my correct email address on the system as I've checked this before and they have me down for marketing material I just never get anything

Put me down for never getting any emails from DCL.

It seems to be a pretty easy job...make a mailing list and then click send...dunno how they seem to miss so many people. I guess we're not the money makers for them.
