How long did it take to receive your acceptance information into the Castaway Club after your first cruise? Do they send the information via email or snail mail?

I don't recall receiving something but maybe we did. I do know you can go online and email them about your Castaway Club member # and they will send it to you.

You will get a car magnet in the mail usually. It was several months after our first cruise before we got it.

It took about 2.5 months to get our gold magnet recently. If you want your Castaway number, seems to me that it was on my stateroom key/swipe card from my first cruise?? Near the bottom? I didn't know that's what it was until I finally got logged into the website.

Yeah and if your in the UK they don't send them at all

Go on the website and your information will be available immediately in the section on castaway club.

Received our silver CC magnet about 2 months after our first cruise (we're in Canada). If you kept your KTTW card,your CC # is on there.
