Castaway Club gifts on the Fantasy

That looks really cool. Hopefully we get that instead of the sling bag when we cruise on the Wish in November

February this year Fantasy trip as gold got a sling an can’t remember her luggage tags.

On the fantasy end of April, got the cooler bag (platinum).

We are currently Silver (will be until after our HOTHS cruise in Oct) so our Nov sailing we will be Gold. Hoping for anything other than those sling backpacks …🙄

Expecting the sling bag in Oct. We’ve got five cruises booked after our Oct one - so six more sling bags … please no.

I am gold and received a sling backpack and luggage tag on the Fantasy in March.

ETA: The sling backpack is a lot nicer than the burlap bag they gave you before the sling bag. Yes, those of us who cruise a lot might be getting tired of them, but objectively, they're a good quality stateroom gift.

Maybe at the rate you are going…
Maybe you will get the platinum cooler within a years time! But since that just came out, I’m thinking you have A LOT of platinum coolers in your future!
Remember the kids can be expected to carry their own stuff and the sling is a nice size for shoes, swimsuits, souvenirs,….
Building independence and responsibilities can start young especially if you are okay losing one or two slings.
PS If you’re sailing that much, if you adopt me, I’ll be happy to carry your backpack too!

We will be Platinum after our British Isles cruise in Sept 2023! We have no cruises planned after these six - but def want to get one booked so we can get something other then the sling bags! We have two sling backpacks already and the third I gave to a neighboring stateroom - they were first time cruisers and they were so excited to get it!

That burlap bag was atrocious. It kept shedding and leaving a mess everywhere. I can't remember if we tried to give it away, or if it had fallen apart so much that we just threw it out. The sling bag isn't really that bad, but we pretty much have the bags we want and use. Maybe it will come in handy sometime.

This, absolutely. Mine started to unravel before I even got it home. I'm glad I only received that once.

I just pack one less item from home and use the sling backpack as my beach bag during the cruise. The small size and sling style makes it comfortable to carry, and it has just enough space and pockets to make it easy to tuck away sunscreen, sunglasses, cap, umbrella, phone, one change of clothes, etc. I've given several to Goodwill after getting home, but during the cruise, they do come in handy for me at port. I keep one at home for my son to use when he has an overnight trip somewhere.

I like using the sling bag on the ship, but it's waaaaaay too small for me to use as a beach bag, especially now that I'm lugging around stuff for a toddler. :D Thankfully, we no longer have to carry diapers!

You don’t live in Wisconsin then because they are never resold here. I’m going to have to shop in resale shops for some of those unwanted Disney items in Florida.

But I find A good deal of Packer supplies here!

I live in MN - you need a sling bag? 🤣
Smallish world. My husband (who doesn’t like to cruise) works at the power plants in MN. I think I might have sailed with you, maybe Alaska? I would love some lanyards though if your giving those away though. I want to make a purse!

Never sailed to Alaska - but it’s on the list! The kids like to keep their lanyards or I’d offer them up! Just sling bags here 😂
