Are there usually any hotel and ticket offers for the Holiday Season? If so, how far in advance does Disney offer them usually?

Will the dates the Cast Members have their parties , and the Candle light procession be posted anywhere for those of us who are trying to avoid those dates when the park hours are shortened?
