We plan to do some serious cooking in our DVC 2 bedroom in a week - and I was wondering what to expect in terms of casserole pan(s) in the unit. I need a 8x8 (or 9x9) and a 9x13 - and I don't want to buy foil ones if I don't have to! Any idea what I should expect?

I believe there are 2-quart and 3-quart casserole dishes, so I think you should be OK. However someone who is there now might be able to say for certain.

We were at BCV and I saw a glass dish, maybe 1I”x9” on the top shelf.

I have called mousekeeping in the past when I have needed a specific item that wasn't in the villa and have always been able to get what I needed. On one occasion I needed two stock pots, they brought two which were different brands and another time they were still in the original plastic bags.

This is specifically from Copper Creek, but they're all about the same. At a minimum, you should expect to have a 9x13. Sometimes the smaller one is more of a round casserole dish.
