Hi, Cass! I know you don't remember me, but your TR's were one of the first that I remember reading when I first came here to the boards. So, I was thrilled when I came across this one! I'm all caught up now, and can't wait to read all about the cruise! Not much longer to go! We'll actually be taking our first cruise on the Magic in 11 days! Woohoo!
Anyway...I also read your Vegas report, and it did not disappoint. I've always wanted to go there, but it seems like it would be intimidating with all the different places. It was great to hear it from your perspective!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kira's autograph book...it definitely looks pro-fessional. You did an amazing job!

Well, partially

I've got Kira's sand/water toys in there, some clothes I bought her specifically for the trip that I don't want her to get stained between now and then , got my Dis Tag gifts in there....some door magnets, some shorts I want to squeeeeeze into by October

That's about it so far.

I still have lots to buy/get but I REALLY need to lose another 10-15 pounds before that because I need a formal dress, swim suit and maybe a new top or two and I am currently too fat (or is that phat? ) to be buying new clothes

I'll talk about my weight issues in a separate chapter AFTER I've lost the weight (keep your fingers crossed peoples!!! )

Just checking in

Things are coming along nicely...

I made and ordered some buttons for the cruise portion of our trip. Last time we made t-shirts but I didn't want to do them again so I used the logo I made for the BOB cruise and added our names. I will post pics when I get them


I'm also working on a countdown calendar for Kira.

It takes me 2-3 hours to fall asleep at night but I get some great ideas running through my head during that time and I came up with something fun and slightly educational for her I will post some pics when I am all done!

Purchased another suitcase last night, so now we have 3 matching 29" suitcases, one for each of us and then I will have one smaller one just for the cruise


Went to Walmart yesterday to see if they had their Halloween stuff out yet so I can get Kira a pirate costume. Looks like I was a day early as they had all the boxes out and were starting to shelve all the stuff. There was some stuff up already, but not the costumes. Think I will go back tomorrow and see what they have for kids pirate stuff.

I am loving your pre-report. It has been awhile since I posted n your report but your daughter reminds me so much of mine at her age and she is now 13 . I love the autograph book. It is awesome.
