Great job on the autograph book. Where are you getting the book bound? Kira is a doll. I get such a kick out of her. She reminds me so much of Megan. You are going to have very interesting teen years. My rule has always been if it will not make a difference in 5 years let it go. That has saved my sanity.

I am just starting but wanted to stop and say a few things:

Kira must get her cues from Amelia. I just don't know what to do about the attitude!!!

She just cuter and cuter with every picture I see of her!

I really wish we were cruising with you guys.

Glad you got a C.A.R.E.S. -- we love ours!

Ernie just started to refuse a nap, too. Ugh! Weird enough, although neither of my kids were ever big on sleeping in their strollers (only as infants), they each would at some point fall asleep in their stroller in Disney! Maybe you'll have the same luck and she'll get some down time. But I think going back to your resort in the afternoon and getting away from the action and noise would be enough to calm her down for a bit. You might want to consider sticking with that. Then she can have some quiet and play with her toys. It does a world of good.

Amelia didn't train until she was about 2 1/2. Ernie started going before he turned two but has recently refused to do it. I'm not going to push him at all....it will happen when they are ready. When he's mature enough to understand decisions like "if you do this then you can have this, then we will start working harder at it. That worked for Amelia. For now we still sit him on it but not too much happens.

I can't wait to see your trippie when you get back, I'm sure it will be a huge help to me in planning for this trip with Kira! And I agree with you, going back to the hotel for downtime is a good idea!!

I've tried encouraging Kira with the potty situation but you know when a 2-year-old doesn't want to do something, well, you don't push the issue She's peed 2 times now (before and after a bath) and she pooped once but I think it was fluke more than anything else, just good timing really When she is actually willing to sit on the potty then we encourage her but most of the time she just doesn't want to. Oh well, when she is ready she will let us know.

Going through some hand-me-downs, we found a sweater and mittens, which, of course, she wanted to wear....lol, this day was 34ºC out!!! (93F for you folks down south )

I was making lunch one day and turned around and saw this...she was watching Dora with a bunny hat and slippers, sprawled across the coffee table This was another 30º+ day out!

I just can't get over how big Kira is getting. This trip will be sooo different from your last Disney trip with her for sure! I look forward to following along with your report during the next couple months!!! I may be inspired to do a trippie myself, but no promises!! We're going to Daytona Beach/CBR in Disney/Niagara Falls all on the same trip, checking into Disney on Sept.21st!
