Well, after about 30 attempts to load a page, I am finally able to post something

I can't tell you how frustrating the internet is on this cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had no problems on the last cruise, it worked great from our room. This time, we can connect no problem but then it takes 10+ attempts to load a single page!!!

I won't even bother with photos because I am THIS close to losing it as it is!

Sorry but nothing but bad news to report.

Rob passed his flu on to both me and Kira. I'm OK, I was down for the count yesterday but I am much better now but my poor little girl has been hit bad with it.

She has a fever and a cough and just isn't feeling well. Rob took her to the Health Center and they said it wasn't too serious and gave us all some flu medication....$380 later!!!

So because he took her to the med center, she can't go into Flounders anymore, which is fine because she's not feeling up to it anyway. They were awesome and sent Kira some toys to play with after finding out why she wouldn't be joining them for the next 2 days.

This is sooooo not the cruise I had in mind

Hopefully she is better by tomorrow so we can go play at the beach for a few hours on Castaway Cay.

We heard today that the weather for next week is not looking good. I guess we lucked out because we spoke to someone getting off the cruise the day we boarded the cruise and she said that they had horrible weather!

Big day tomorrow so I won't be updating again on this cruise...I am too frustrated anyway

So sorry to read that your cruise hasn't gone as planned. It you have trip insurance you might be able to claim for the time that you've been stuck in the room. I've never had to do this, just read about other cruisers being able to claim on the DIS board.

Hey guys

Just wanna say thanks to everyone for all your wonderful kind words! It really means a lot to me!

It certainly hasn't been the cruise we dreamt of but I've done the best I could to make the most out of it.

I am really reluctant to even post about our cruise on my trip report because I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but I will report about it and warn everyone that it won't be a cheery tale

Despite the set backs, we've managed to have some great moments, mostly at dinnertime

We are about to head down for our last dinner, we will have Kira with us so it may be a short one.

CC was just gorgeous! Perfect weather!!! Kira loved the beach too and really loved the water.

They had some sort of video put together with stuff about the online webcast they had about the Dream and they played it on the Ariel View Screen at 10am but we missed it because we were at breakfast so I guess I will check it out when we get home.

Better go before we are late.
