Casino Hotels in Atlantic City

Does anyone know what the rooms are like at the Sands? Resorts? I'm looking for decent rooms at reasonable rates...preferably casino hotels.

My husband and I enjoyed Sands. It's not RIGHT on the boardwalk like alot of the others but they have like a moving walkway to get to and from the hotel. The room was pretty nice, for the price. Not as FOO FOO grand as the big wig hotels but if you are looking for a cheaper hotel on the strip, Sands is pretty good, we were happy!

Thanks. We were quoted a price of around $170/night as opposed to over $300/night for the other casino hotels. I just wondered if the rooms are clean and in decent shape considering the price is so cheap.

Yes, the rooms are nice and clean. I think they are cheaper because as I said before, they aren't RIGHT on the boardwalk. But there is a nice safe walkway and safe moving walkway you can use and it isn't that far at all.

I have been to Resorts and they are nice. We usually stay at Caesars, Bally's or Claridge.

Make sure you sign up for the comp cards while you are there. Its very rare that I ever pay for a room.
