cash rate at OKW for March 2006?

Hello,

Does anyone know what the cash rate for a 2 bdrm at OKW would be for March 2006. I am 73 points (1 weekend day) short for 1 week in a 2 bdrm and I wanted to figure out if it was cheaper to rent points or pay cash for the 1 night.

I would rent the points, because if you pay cash, you will likely have to move for that night.

For a weekend night, adding a cash night through member services may be cheaper. It's 25% off rack rate, if available. They can link the reservations so you don't have to move. Rack rate for 2005 was $781 including tax, 25% discount would be about $585.

We are staying at OKW in the last part of January/06, also a 2 bedroom. I asked about a member disocunt for a 2 bedroom for our Friday and Saturday. The MS CM said there were no 2 bedrooms available with the member discount for that time, though lots of studios and some 1 bedrooms. She quoted me $548 a night for a 2 bedroom which I believe is rack rate.

We've decided to split our stay and get a couple rooms at a different resort for those nights.
