Cash at HH in summer?

Just wondered if anyone had any idea how much it would cost to pay cash for a 2 bedroom at HH during the summer - or if it would even be possible to get a cash reservation. We are members, but have no points available right now, and not quite sure we'd be comfortable renting points from another member. Would we try to make the ressies through member services? Thanks.

There have been cash reservations available at HH in the past, but with the resort close to sell out, cash availability may be in short supply. Weekends will likely have some availability, as the high point requirements often leave rooms available for cash.

MS can certainly advise about any cash availability, but don't be surprised if there is little available from mid June thru early Aug.

My DW just got off the phone with HH as to availability in late August, she was quoted $405 a night plus tax. We have a Birmbaums 2002 and it has a coupon for up to 25% off room rates, but they are unavailable.
