This is a little late but I've finally starting to post some of my reviews now that my house is starting to clear out :p

We booked Cartier Towncar for our trip 12/08-12/16 ... we had asked for a stretch limo to take us from MCO to AKL and a towncar for the return trip. Kalim (sp?) met us at the airport in the baggage claim area. The stretch limo was huge inside and very clean (unlike our ride in Toronto)! There was a variety of beverages bottled water, diet Mountain Dew and other sugared pop -- I can't remember because I just stick to diet stuff and water. We made a grocery stop and then we were off to AKL. He had set up the TV/VCR for us ... but I was having too much fun to watch :p

On the return, Kalim was 15 minutes early! I was pretty surprised but it was very much appreciated since we were all packed and sitting outside. We got more of a chance to talk to him since there wasn't a divider in the towncar. He was very pleasant and told us that he read the discussion boards but couldn't post (I guess you have to be a board sponsor, I dunno). He mentioned that anytime I read a bad review about Cartier, I could e-mail them for a the other side of the story. Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone was interested.

Anyway, I'll be booking with Cartier the next time I go back and asking for Kalim!

We also had great service from Cartier.
We were scheduled for a pick up at MCO December 5th at 9:45pm. Everybody here in the Northeast will remember that was the day of the big storm. We did not leave JFK untill 3:00 am on December 6 arrived in Orlando 5:30 that morning. Our driver was there waiting for us. He had stayed all night. At the airport the board had said our flight had been cancelled, he called Jet Blue and they told him " no it hasn't been cancelled but we can not tell you when it is expected to arrive." When we got off that plane I was never so glad to see our name on that little white board he was holding. We were exhusted. We were scheduled for a grocery stop as we were staying at Fort Wilderness in the cabins. The store they usually stopped at was closed but the Driver told us to call them the next day and they would send a town car to take us to the grocery store. When they came to get us on the 13th we were suppose to take a van to the airport well, imagine our surprise when a limo came to pick us up. The Driver ( I'm sorry to say I did not ask him his name.) told us he knew we were so tired when he picked us up at the airport we didn't really get to enjoy the limo, so he made up for it by given us the round trip with a limo. I thought that was so nice of them.
I don't know when we will be going back to Disney but I know Cartier will be our town car when we do go again.

I'm always happy to hear the continued good reports about Cartier. I couldn't have said enough on our first trip and I was a little worried at the time because not too many people had used them at that point. Since then there has been more reviews and probably 90-95% of them good. I feel confident in their service and have booked them for our March trip.

Thanks bunnyfoo for letting us know what Kalim said! Glad to hear you had a great time!

I have been extremely pleased both times I have used Cartier! They were even thoughtful enough to send a holiday card this year. They will be receiving my business again, and I will recommend them to anyone that will listen! :earsboy:

I posted before and I will continue to post - I have used a variety of limo services in Orlando and during my professional career in Chicago, L.A., Washington D.C., New York City and Atlanta. Cartier is by far the best. They are so polite. pleasant and non-obtrusivie . . . and, it doesn't hurt that all the drivers are so smartly dressed and handsome!!!!!! Ooops, that just slipped. Anyway, these are good folks who work hard. Kalim did not sleep at all the night of that terrible storm. He was at the airport all night AND DAY just trying to get folks to where they needed to be. He would never, ever, complain or brag - but let me just say this, he and all of Cartier genuinely want to please and work so hard to do it. That is why we have used them numerous times and why they will continue to be our only limo service.

Competition is good, right?

God Bless you Kalim!
