Cars2 - "Agents on a Mission" in Toronto and Ottawa

As part of the promotion for Cars 2, Pixar has put together a big Agents on a Mission promotional tour that includes life-sized remote controlled replicas of the characters in the movie. Toronto and Ottawa are the only stops on the tour. Dates are:

Toronto: Vaughan Mills Mall- April 9-11
Ottawa: Place d'Orleans Mall - April 14

Hi, sorry to hi-jack, but this just reminded me of a question my 6 year old had about the Lightening and Mater who "live" at WDW.

We've seen several photos of them, but are curious if they are animated and/or interact at all, or if they are just fixed statues kinda thing.

Thank you, and happy for all those who will get to go visit them on their live tour up here in Ontario!

they are fixed characters now at luigis garage they will rev there engines and honk there horns but that is it they used to drive in to there meet and greet

I went to Vaughan Mills on Sunday, got their just before opening and holy was it busy. 3-4 hour wait it looked like. went to the disney store and on the way back i asked if there was a way just to see them and the guys said yes. I took my wife and son in and we were 2 feet away from lightning McQueen. We were worried our son would get upset, but all the flashing lights, games, and rides had him more interested than the cars. hahahaha Glad we didn't brave the line.

I imagined how many parents were fighting with their kids after waiting in that line. It seems like as parents some of us are determined that our kids will have fun whether they like it or not. hahahha
