Cars and The Incredibles blu ray coupon now live

We haven't been able to find a Best Buy anywhere that has BOTH movies in stock. BF heading to Target now to see if they will price match.

I went to Best Buy and my total came to $25.08. Like others, my coupon wouldn't scan and the girl just entered it in for me. She didn't even question it.

I didn't even plan on buying these since I have the Cars Bluray and the Incredibles DVD, but I WAS planning on going to Cars 2. You can't beat the price when it includes the movie tickets.

I am so bummed.... I entered in the codes to print the coupons, it said that the coupons printed...nothing ever happened. No coupons. (and the printer is working fine). I emailed DMR but no one has returned my email yet. :sad1: I would have loved to have gone to get the movies today, but I'm not going to go w/o the coupons!

(and when I tried going back in, it tells me I already redeemed this reward. it's so frustrating !!) :headache:

I went to bb and didn't have a problem using both coupons and $15 in bb rewards. We paid $30 including tax for cars, the incredibles and the new nardia :). Both movies had the free cars 2 tickets.

I got both at the Best Buy in Plattsburg, NY (got there 1 hour after store opened and was lucky to find the only remaining copy of Cars - lots of Incredibles). Used coupons no issue and got the $10 off for buy both - Total a bit over $25 for both! Hate when store runs this kind of promotion yet does not have enough in stock.

My Best Buy would not let me combine the store offer and my Disney coupons, so I went to Target and got them using a $10 gc I had and got them for the same price. I was furious at Best Buy, as why would you not take a coupon that you will get reimbursed by Disney? So they lost not just a sale, but it will be a while before I go back. And then to hear other stores will. . .

Just curious....is it only BestBuy that has the free CARS 2 movie tickets or does Target contain them as well?

Thanks
Heather

You actually get the promotion when you put in your DMR codes for both movies.
I'm sorry for sounding dense - so it doesn't matter where I buy these movies - you're saying I'll just use the DMR codes to go online and redeem them that way? I've only read that BestBuy had these free movie tickets so I wanted to be sure in case I have to go to Target instead :thumbsup2

Thank you :flower3:

If you buy both movies, you should get 2 movie tickets for Cars 2 right? I only got one with Cars..I didn't get one with the incredibles even though it says on the case that I would

I had NO issues getting them to work at my BB in Minnesota, I lucked out that they had both movies, they didn't have any of the Cars out on the shelf, so I asked and luckily they had one more in the back. AWESOME deal! I have faithfully ordered my DVDs from Amazon, but I think with these coupons Disney is putting out, I might have to adjust that.

When you go to DMR in the special offer section http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/promotions/special-offers/cars2movie
it has to be the combo packs. Both of my movies had the sticker on them so I am not sure if it just selected codes. But from what i see in the special promotion it seems is any. Once you put the code in a little banner will appear under that says redeem movie ticket click there before you enter the next code. I hope that helps.

Yes, thank you! :thumbsup2

Just left my local BB, picked up the LAST copy of Cars and after having the cashier ring it up twice and the manager standing over her shoulder, I left $40 poorer.

Cars - $24.99 - $5 (in-store promo) - $8 = $11.99
Incredibles - $24.99 - $5 (promo) - $10 = $9.99
Secretariat (BR/DVD) = $14.99

+$3.30 (tax) = $40.27 :banana::woohoo:

None of the Cars copies at my Best Buy included the sticker for the free Cars 2 ticket.

Has anyone opened a Cars that didn't have a sticker for the free movie ticket on it? I want to confirm that the offer is still in it or is still valid when you go online before I open my copy.

Thanks in advance.

ETA: The above quote makes me think that it is going to be valid, but I am probably being overly cautious. :)

I checked BB inventory at the store I wanted to purchase from and it said both were in stock but when I got there they had no Cars.:headache: The clerk was not helpful or simpathetic. I was very angry and as I walked out the door past the cashiers who had no customers I asked if there was a store manager. I told her I thought it was a scam that they advertise this deal and then don't get enough of one movie so I can take advantage of it. She checked it out on the computer (the useless clerk did too) and saw that they should have them and then went out back and found it for me!

I already have both on DVD but can't wait to see them on bluray-especially Cars. I have a digital copy of Cars that I purchased but it will be nice to have Incredibles digital copy now too. So after accounting for the movie tickets I paid about $7.50 for the 2 movies on bluray and digital copy of Incredibles.

My cars did NOT have the sticker, but I still got the free movie ticket when I entered the code. I was nervous too, but it will give you the ticket.

To get your free tickets, all you do is enter the code (inside the box) at the DMR website, and it will unlock the tickets for you...

The same thing for me, I only got one free ticket ?? Nothing for Incredibles ??
