Cars and The Incredibles blu ray coupon now live

I got 2 tickets. I just clicked on the banner below the points and it gave me a 2nd code.

I see no banner below the points. I clicked on the cars one in the member extras but only got one code.

Good news and bad news...First the good - DH went to BestBuy and had no problems at all with the $10 off combo deal and the $10 and $8 coupons! :cool1:

It took forever :confused3 however I finally was able to print one of the certificates for the movie ticket. I'm trying to get to the page again to enter my second code from the other movie and it keeps telling me this: Your order for this gift has been successfully submitted. Please find your gift code below.

Don't forget to print this confirmation for your records.

Thank you for participating in the Disney Movie Rewards program.
 I've signed out, cleared the cache, logged off, refreshed and it's keeping the prior info. Did this happen to anyone else? I'm beyond frustrated. If this continues, should I just create an account from my DH and print under his new account? I don't want to lose this after all this work!! :rotfl2:

Thanks,
Heather

I entered the Cars movie, it said the usual you've got xyz points! Then there was the free movie ticket banner below that. I clicked through, redeemed the ticket, printed it out then went back to DMR. Then I entered the Incredibles and the banner was again below the you've got points box and I clicked it again. The code was nearly identical to the first one like only 1 or 2 digits were different but it was a new code. I clicked through and redeemed that one and printed it.

Yep - quoting myself - lol :rotfl: I decided to try one more time before calling it a night and low and behold it worked this time. I'm assuming it was just a glitch so if this happens to anyone else - walk away for awhile and try again later :)

The ones from Target have the movie coupon too. . .

Thanks! :cheer2:

For anyone else having this problem of only getting one ticket to print, on your home page click under where it shows your point list on the right... It says " View all recent codes". Once on that page, on the left there is a line that says " unlocked offers ". Once you click this, it will say " redeem this offer " on the right. Once you click that, your new code for the 2nd ticket will appear.

Good luck !!

My dh went to best buy on Tuesday and was able to get both movies and use the coupon no problem. In fact, he said there was a whole huge wall shelf with both movies, about noon on Tuesday. I redeemed both with no problems, but I wanted to let those who were having problems know that I received an email from DMR this morning as well on how to redeem my coupons for the free movie tickets (I'd already printed them out). So I think they've figured out it may've been a bit confusing and are trying to help people at least. :goodvibes

I don't have a BB close or a Target. But Toys R Us is 5 minutes away. So I thought I'd try there. They were charging $24.99 for the Cars combo pack & 29.99 for the Incredibles. If you bought both, you got $10 off. So I went there with my coupons, and got both movies for $27. Not bad. The cashier had no problems with the coupons at all.

Elizabethtown, Kentucky Bestbuy attempted to make me do them in 2 orders. I took my coupons back and walked out. I am contacting the company as know others who had no issues doing the same deal on Tuesday.

On Best Buy's community board, they say that the store should honor both the $10 off with the coupons: http://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Best-Buy-Geek-Squad-Policies/Disney-Movie-Rewards-Coupons/td-p/269216

Thank you so much. I am waiting for an email response but I will pass this on to another friend who wants to head there tomorrow.

My youngest wanted these as we don't have the Incredibles at all and she is stuck home for 2 weeks from having her tonsils out yesterday.

I had no problems out here in California at Best Buy. Now I'm going to take my Cars blu-ray disc only (came with the PS3 at Christmas time), and Incredibles DVD to the flea market tomorrow and sell them to make up for the cost of upgrading. If I'm lucky I'll get about $20 for both, making my final cost only $5 bucks.
