Cars and Stars parade/Holywood and Vine

We have a PS for Hollywood and Vine for 4:40. I see that the parade starts at 4. Any suggestions on where tp view the parade and still make the PS time? How long is the parade, will I be able to see all or most of it? Thanks.

Best viewing place would be near the start of the parade route by Star Tours. Also you could get near Sounds Dangerous and the walkway to Indiana Jones stunt show. When the parade passes where you are cut across there in front of the stunt show and head for Hollywood and Vine.
