Carrie Underwood Holiday TV show????

ShellyBaxter, I think you are right - maybe it was filmed awhile ago, and then put aside until they needed a program? Then they stuck in some Christmassy stuff??? Two hours is a pretty long show...I didn't watch it long enough. I only got as far as David Cook's song, and I gave up. There wasn't even any holiday set decoration at that point.

I thought her sketch on how she won American Idol was rather self-demeaning, But I've got to say, that was some outfit for her opening act...my, my...

Maddle

I recorded the show because I like her and my husband loves her and wasn't home.

I just checked and the Christmas decorations appeared in the last 15 minutes and then she and Dolly sang Christmas songs.

I also think it wasn't meant to be a Christmas show and at the last minute either they asked her to throw in a couple of Christmas songs or they taped the beginning part awhile ago and added the last part later.

She never really referred to it as a 'holiday' show herself.

I enjoyed it though. Some of the skits were cheesy but all in all I liked it. She's so beautiful and a good singer too!

I saw a little bit of it and turned the channel. And Fox was stupid for how they promoted it and where they placed it in their schedule.

What 'holiday' were they promoting, "Ho-Ho-HO Day"?

Sheesh.
agnes!
PS - shellybaxter, I think you're right about Fox throwing in some holiday stuff after everything else was done.
