Hey ..we have some friends that are going to stay at the Carribean Beach Resort....

I need everyones, favorite village there.....why it is your favorite....which one you think is best and why...and....which one should I recommend to him.

This is their first trip to WDW and they want to make it really special!

We've enjoyed our three stays at the two villages closest to Old Port Royale. That makes it easy to hop over for a quick breakfast or snack, or to visit the main pool. Those are Martinique and Trinidad North. All of the villages have their own bus stops (as does OPR), so you're usually close to a bus stop.

We loved Barbadoes. It was a nice stroll to the food court. Very near the pool, laundry room and lake w/ hammocks. The bus stop was close as well as the check-in pavillion.

i just came back from jamacia room 4438 this room was only steps away from there pool, and over the footbridge to old port royal. and only a couple steps from buses. i think if i went again....i would only stay on the first floor room 4422!

:D Diito 4500 Section of Jamaica...stayed there 3 times...short walk over bridge to pool/food court...easy access in and out of resort. If I was going to CBR again I would still request Jamaica 4500.:D

I suggest you read the CBR FAQ. If you don't want to read the whole thing start at the back. You will find many recommendations. CBR has in every village courtyard views and parking lot views. You have a hard time seeing the cars if you do get a parking lot view.

JAMAICA all the way - number one reason for is is TRANSPORTATION - Jamaica's bus stop is usually the first one (for both p/u and d/o); I would say about 85-90% of the time.
But other than that, we love the quiet pool and the five minute walk over the footbridge to get to Old Port Royale. You just feel removed from the busiest part of the resort but yet are still in on the action (if that makes sense at all). We also love the pool area since it is much more quiet than the main pool area. Last year, we had a corner room, #4556 (I believe) - it was a preferred view that we luckily were upgraded to and it had a beatiful view of the beach and the footbridge - we hopefully will get the same room this time around. Good luck:)
