Carousel Work

I saw in a disney vlog that there is scaffolding and drape-like walls around the carousel. Is this being refurbed? Is it open? I couldn't find it on disney or any other sites.

The carrousel is open...I saw the scaffolding last week, but wasn’t sure what it was for.

Rode it yesterday, scaffolding and all. Appears to just be exterior work.
