We just booked our next trip (it’s been 2 years since our last one, so we’re super excited). It’s not quite time to make FP reservations yet, but I’ve been checking the app and notice that Carousel of Progress doesn’t seem to be working (at least no wait times are listed). I’ve Googled it and can’t seem to find anything. Anybody know if it’s up and running? I know it’s cheesy, but we love it!

It's open. It never has a wait time posted on the app.

If you ever wait in a line for the Carousel of Progress, it's a very crowded day at the Magic Kingdom.

CofP is good for a dry spot or air conditioning. It is dated and boring and certainly NOT politically correct if that matters to you. That said, my 11 year old grandson liked the dog in it.

I wish they would close it only for a little bit to do a little refurbishment -- I noticed in May 2017 that in the first segment that John was talking but his mouth wasn't moving.. then checked again in August 2018 and his mouth was still broken. So I wish they would fix that up, even if it gives Orville "no privacy at all"....

It’s open. I’ve never seen a wait time posted; you just show up and go in right after the next time it spins. So the longest possible wait is about 5 minutes.

Well if you had people get up from inside the attraction and leave you might experience a delay there because they would reshow the scene which would then delay the loading of the people waiting outside.

OMG this happened to us THREE times! It was like being trapped in the Twlight Zone!!

We love this attraction. Don’t get me wrong, but hearing one scene three times can drive anyone crazy!!

Ugh I know!

I had counted myself very fortunate to have not had that happened to me....until I believe it was the second time we rode it on our Sep 2017 trip :sad2:. So now I get to say I've been one of those unfortunate people to have that happen.

Love the attraction. Love going on it multiple times on the trip. Do not love replaying a scene lol

I was on it once when it stopped. After a relatively short period they opened the doors and let everyone out
