The menu shows that the cinnamon roll french toast AND the eggs benedict are both no longer on the menu. This is what my husband and I were planning on having...is this true? Also, if so...is there any place in the parks we can get these items?

This is true, sadly! We'd never had them but before our trip last month we had looked at the menu and planned to get these, and then found out the menu changed! We still enjoyed other things there though!

I'm not sure where else you can get them, but FWIW there's a delicious brioche french toast at Flo's V8 Cafe in Carsland! Here's a picture of it! It's got salted caramel sauce instead of syrup.

You might be pleasantly surprised.

When I saw a Lindt dark chocolate bar with sea salt I thought YICK! but after trying it its now my favorite.

Salt really enhances the primary taste and gives a bit of a kick.

If you're willing/able to venture out of the parks, the breakfast at Steakhouse 55 is amazing and very well-priced. They have one of the best benedicts I've ever eaten, and my Disney friend swears by their french toast.

I'm surprised that anyone's managed to avoid the glut of "salted caramel." Seems like everything comes with that... ice cream toppings, ice cream, cupcakes, Starbucks...

It's actually quite good. The salt balances the sweet very well.

Back to the topic... they took all the good stuff off the menu. I complained to the wait staff, I complained to Oscar, I complained at City Hall. Don't know if it will do any good, but I'm not eating at that cafeteria any more.

Add me to the "Salted Caramel" fan list! Starbucks Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate was my first experience , and it was amazing. I know it can sound weird but the salt and sweet mix blends beautifully together. NOM NOM.
