Thanks Sandy! It was soo great! I was surprised how everything we had matched the GF decor.. we didn't really think about the color of Whitehall until it was to late!

I noticed that you had Mickey and Minnie in their purple outfits. Did you by any chance request that? My colors are purple and my planner requested to have M&M in their purple outfits, but she told me it was not guaranteed.

Ok, so I just spent like an hour looking at your pictures! They were soooo good! I had heard very bad things about DPS, but you just made me a believer! I actually went with outside services (Damon Tucci Studios) because I had heard such aweful things, but your pictures are beautiful. I especially loved the ones of you on the bench and the ones where they had you in the pose where your honey is dipping you....so romantic. It will be so hard to choose! Thank you for sharing them!

Haha... I do that everyday! I was terrified about DPS too! But the photographers were really nice, and did a very good job. The dips were my request..I love the way those turn out!

Thank you! I loved Whitehall! It was soo cool, plus we had a really clear shot of the castle..and people were continuously waving at us from the monorail! So much fun.. We have a shot of the two little girls that were there when they first saw the castle. They are standing on a light pole, pointing and staring! It was soo adorable!

Wow.. I don't think anyone at the wedding even noticed them. It was my something blue. I actually spent a long time looking for these and even made a few failed attempts with a DIY. Eventually I found them from a seller on ebay.. i'll check and see if I can find the name for you!

At your rehearsal dinner was your Cinderella cake one of the arrangements with cupcakes? It kind of looked that way.

Your sister did a great job on the flowers; they were so unique. I'm sure Disney must have been amazed at her handiwork.

I loved the way you incorporated the quotes on the tables. There were some really pretty shots with the fireworks. I love how you can still see the castle in them too. Do you know if the castle was added to your photos from the ceremony? I know I've heard that for videos, etc. the different photographers and videographers add it in. Your shots are some of the best that I have seen so far!

You have some really pretty pictures inside the castle too at your MK shoot. I love the angle of some of your shots on the carousel too.

I can't wait to hear all about your day!

And our photographers also were impressed at how clear the castle was coming out that day! He was constantly showing me the pictures after he took them. We were very lucky to have such a beautiful day. It was so clear.. so I think thats how the pictures came out so clear. It was wonderful...Though I'm sure they could have gone and added a little, I am pretty sure that from the few I saw that thats the view we had!

And yes, that was a very melted cupcake cake from publix. It had already melted some before we picked it up, but by the time we got to the WL, it had turned into that big mess! But it still tasted good!

Wedding Rehearsal

We started the rehearsal after dinner at about 7:00. We ended up being switched around a few times but ended up in a ballroom at the GF. (I think he said there was a wedding in the pavilion that night)
Anyways.. it was pretty difficult to practice the processionl and recessional with no stairs.. no one seemed to understand that the wedding wasn't going to be in a tiny room!
I think in all it left everyone a little more confused than they were before..but everything went well the next day, and thats all that matters!

my mom took about a hundred pics of the rehearsal.. so I'll post a few..

Poor Ken was running around trying to answer a million questions! He eventually told me the next day he almost mentioned the carriage a few different times!

After rehearsal all the boys headed over to Disney Quest while me and my sister headed back to our room at the GF to start steaming dresses ( I was super jealous!)
Then my BM drops her dress off for us to do because she was heading over the DHS with her boyfriend..so needless-to-say we got into it! But it actually made the next day go much smoother!

I had the opposite...got to practice at the WP on a beautiful day and my wedding got rained out and we had to move my outdoor reception inside. The bridezille shot is awesome...I think we all have a few of those!
I would have killed anyone that expected me to steam their dress for them! I hired someone to come and do it all for us because I knew I would end up steaming them all like you if I didn't! More power to you girl...you are a stronger woman than I!

haha.. i guess i just held it in to long. This was also coming from the BM who "forgot" about my bridal shower and was magically gone to Valdosta with her BF.. yeah right!!! We decided to steam our own to save money,(my mom already had a steamer) and originally all of us girls were going to share a room.. but due to the circumstances me and my sis kicked her out..which caused a little to much trouble! But like I said.. it made the wedding day much better, and much less awkward! So I am glad I did it!

And, I wasn't to worried about the rehearsal.. I just wanted to make it to the wedding day!! Which we did! Sorry about your reception! That really stinks! I was way too worried about weather because it had rained for nearly two weeks solid leading up to mine! Luckily, we had beautiful weather!

thank you so much! I was soo happy with everything else, that the chaos of the rehearsal didn't really bother me! Plus I am a believer in a " bad dress rehearsal makes for a great performance"! Seems to work everytime!
